We ship most orders from our base in Brisbane and allow for a 2 to 7 business day delivery period once an order is sent. We process orders within 48 hours from receiving them.  (we are a small team and thank you for your patience) 

We can ship to most locations in the world.
Please email us to confirm costs if your country is not listed. 

Most are delivered by Couriers Please or Australia Post or an international courier service such as DHL or TOLL.  Goods may not be delivered on time due to circumstances (such as weather, strikes etc.) beyond the control of The Kindness Kimono, Australia Post or the shipping company. Goods will be delivered on business days and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays as per Australia Post and shipping companies. * 

OUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  • Only full-priced items can be refunded or exchanged for an online credit note.  
  • No returns on Sale items or items purchased with a discount code. (unless the item is faulty). 
  • Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to kimono@thekindnesscollective.com
  • Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original sale tags attached and in the condition that they were received.

SHIPPING COST OF RETURNED ITEMS

The Kindness Kimono takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect or defective items only. All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.

You must present the receipt you received in your parcel & indicate the reason for the return or exchange. 

EXCHANGES – ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We offer exchanges and credit notes as we want you to be happy with your purchases. Our credit notes are also valid for 6 months and can be redeemed online.
